Background

Europe and Asia have only just begun to recognize the environmental impact of odour control. National legislation of such have not yet been enacted but are beginning to be tabled.

Biorem is a leader in biofiltration in the waste water, sludge processing, and industrial waste processing industries. Not only did they need intelligence on these world markets but also a way for reps to utilize technology in selling to them.

Our primary role in CanExport was to identify the key actors in those markets; both customers and competitors. We also identified the process to find projects, tender bids, and become a listed vendor.

As part of a LEAN technology assessment, we prepared a decision tree from which future developers may create a cloud platform for quoting air pollution control projects in markets outside of North America.
