Cannabis Derivative Product Manufacturing Facility

Prince Edward Island, Canada

Role

Engineering Consulting

Client

Auxly Cannabis Group // Dosecann Cannabis Solutions

Brief Summary

Clean Conduit had a lead role in the development of Dosecann’s $35M facility from the early stages to a production-ready facility.

Background

In the competitive and relatively new field of cannabis production, timing is key. Our client, who holds a Dealer’s Licence for Controlled Drugs and Substances from Health Canada, needed support with the build-out of a flagship $35M+ facility in preparation for the expected product demand once legalization 2.0 launched (Oct. 17, 2019, legalization with product release in December).

The facility was designed to accommodate end-to-end delivery of products within two main segments: Medical products and Consumer Packaged Goods.

Our primary role was to coordinate the efforts of scientists, manufacturers, vendors, contractors and service providers towards the successful development of the facility and launch of innovative products on a very tight timeline. This included chocolates, vapes, chewables, capsules, distillate, raw material inputs, pre-rolls, etc.
