Brief Summary

Clean Conduit travelled to India to enhance the capacity of an organic waste-to-fertilizer facility and provide solutions for observed deficiencies.

Background

Clean Conduit was retained by Ceres Biosystems to address deficiencies with certain process equipment at their plant in Gujarat, India which severely impacted throughput. The plant had multiple infeed streams including organics and up to three other agronomically valuable additives that were reclaimed and added to the final blend of soil amendment produced.

Upon initial site inspection, the plant had been reduced to manual processing and production was very low. Clean Conduit sourced local suppliers to replace equipment and bring the plant to automatic processing, raising the throughput up to 300%.
