Clean Conduit was retained as Owner’s Representative for the construction of an organic waste processing facility at the St. Thomas Water Pollution Control Plant.

In comparison to competing technologies that were considered by the St. Thomas, the project represented a net savings in capital and operating costs while simplifying operations at the same time.
